According to local media reports, animal rights activists have called on the government to continue boycotting the popular social network due to Zuckerberg’s “unacceptable attitude to animals”. Zuckerberg’s longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan is said to share his eating preferences. Last week the media tycoon and his partner arrived in Beijing on a second visit, which many saw as a precursor of Facebook’s long-awaited return to China.
